① Confirmation of period of stay: Renewal applications can be submitted up to three months before the expiration date of your visa, so it is important to prepare well in advance.

② Continuation of employment contract: When renewing your visa, you need to confirm that your current employment contract is still valid.

③ Changes in job content: Check that your job content at the time of application is consistent with your actual work, and if there are any major changes, you need to take the appropriate steps.

④ Income situation: To prove that you have a stable income, you will be required to submit a tax (exemption) certificate and a tax payment certificate (documents showing your total income for the year and your tax payment status).

⑤ Management status of the company: The company you work for will also be examined to see if it is being managed properly, so you may be required to submit financial statements, etc., if necessary.
