高度専門職ビザで在留中のお客様の配偶者様が就職の就職に伴い、家族滞在ビザから特定活動告示33号（高度専門職外国人の就労する配偶者）ビザへの在留資格変更申請を行いました。
高度専門職で在留する外国人の配偶者である場合、「技術・人文知識・国際業務」の在留資格該当性があれば、「技術・人文知識・国際業務」ビザへの在留資格変更申請も当然可能ですが、「特定活動告示33号（高度専門職外国人の就労する配偶者）」要件を満たせば、こちらの在留資格へ変更し、就労して在留することができます。
今回のお客様は「特定活動告示33号（高度専門職外国人の就労する配偶者）」の在留資格の要件を満たされているので、特定活動への変更申請を行わせていただきました。
問題なく許可が下りることを願っております。

When the spouse of a client residing in Japan on a Highly Skilled Professional visa got a job, I applied to change her status of residence from a Dependent visa to a Specified Activities Notification No. 33 (Working Spouse of a Highly Skilled Foreign Professional) visa.
If you are the spouse of a foreign national residing in Japan as a highly skilled professional, and you qualify for the "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" visa, you can of course apply to change your status of residence to an "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" visa. However, if you meet the requirements of "Specified Activities Public Notification No. 33 (Working Spouse of a Highly Skilled Foreign Professional)", you can change your status of residence to this visa and work in Japan.
Since the client in this case met the requirements for the residence status of "Specified Activities Public Notification No. 33 (Working Spouse of a Highly Skilled Foreign Professional)" I applied for a change to designated activities.
