帰化申請の事前面談に同行しました

帰化申請のサポートを続けているお客様の法務局での事前面談に同行しました。

事前確認においては、家族関係、日本での在留歴、仕事や生活について、海外への渡航歴、申請書類、日本語の能力などについて確認や打合せが行われます。

帰化申請においては、適切な書類を揃え、申請が受理されるように準備を進めることが重要です。書類の不備や申請内容に疑義が生じると、審査に影響を及ぼす可能性があるため、事前の確認は欠かせません。

近年、永住審査が厳格化していることから、帰化申請を検討する外国人の方が増えています。しかし、帰化申請もまた厳しい審査が行われます。

当事務所では、日本のパスポートが欲しいという安易な理由でのご依頼はお断りしております。帰化申請は、単に日本の国籍を取得する手続きではなく、日本社会の一員として生きていく決意が求められるものです。そのため、サポートにあたっては、ご自身の国籍を変えてまで本当に日本人になりたいと思っているかどうかを重要視させていただいております。

I accompanied a client who continues to support naturalization applications to a pre-interview at the Legal Affairs Bureau.

When applying for naturalization, it is important to gather the appropriate documents and proceed with preparations so that the application will be accepted. Incomplete documents or doubts about the application contents may affect the screening process, so it is essential to check in advance.

In recent years, as permanent residency screening has become stricter, an increasing number of foreigners are considering applying for naturalization. However, naturalization applications are also subject to strict screening.

Our office does not accept requests for the simple reason that someone wants a Japanese passport. Applying for naturalization is not simply a procedure for acquiring Japanese nationality, but requires a determination to live as a member of Japanese society. Therefore, when providing support, we place importance on whether or not the person truly wants to become Japanese, even changing his or her nationality.

It is important for those who wish to naturalize to approach the process with sufficient preparation and determination.
